CUF was created in the spring of 2010 by some dedicated individuals who hoped there were others in the area that wanted to connect with the area underwriting community. The response has been very positive.
Meetings have been attracting approximately 70 risk selection professionals from over 10 different organizations and several states. To date, there are over 100 members.
CUF meets twice a year, once in the spring and again in the fall. The meeting starts with a welcome reception, giving members time to connect with peers, followed by a speaker and dinner.

CUF is a non-profit organization, with a goal to encourage and support the education and professionalism in our underwriting community. CUF is able to offer affordable events due to the generous help of our sponsors.
